Turkish Airlines, the airline flying to most countries worldwide, landed in the USA market for the Super Bowl. In that context, we found a vital fact: the USA landed on the moon in 1969. However, 51 years later, over 130 million Americans still haven’t traveled abroad. Then we ask ourselves: how is it possible that we reached space before our planet?

Step On Earth is the 2020 Turkish airlines’ Super Bowl campaign that tells an extraordinary journey. We took three real Americans who had never traveled outside of their country to go around the world, stepping beyond their borders for the first time in their lives.

Besides the film and the ooh campaign, we launched a behind-the-scenes showing the stories of our three protagonists and their experience.

We made a design system playing with the space aeronautics aesthetic.

And we made a series of badges specially designed for the campaign, illustrated by Karolis Strautniekas.
